Opensource book html

This form is intended to create "open source" books for the section [Digital library].

Currently (November 2020) books for this section are expected to be completed with multiple choice questions by which gradually displaying the book content on the front-end.

The form contains a field "cover" available only once the page is created, by which to upload the cover of the actual edition of the book
